Come to Namaspa to experience Yoga Nidra.Yoga Nidra literally means “the Yoga of Sleep”. It is a conscious relaxation practice where you will experience a deep state of release while at the same time maintaining complete awareness and assists in easing tensions and bringing healing to the body and mind. Nidra provides the following:
Relief from anxiety
This workshop will begin with a brief overview of the history, physiology and science of Yoga Nidra and will culminate in an hour long Yoga Nidra experience. Students will also practice teach Yoga Nidra for others.
No prior experience is necessary and it is suitable for all levels of practitioner. Please bring your mat, and if you would like a blanket and pillow or bolster. 3 hours of CEU credits through Namaspa Yoga School for those interested.
